Nov 11 - Remembrance Day

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Every year on November 11, Canadians pause in a moment of silence to honour and remember the men and women who have served, and continue to serve Canada during times of war, conflict and peace.

Today (Nov 11), we ask that students, staff and parents/guardians take a moment to stop everything at 11:00 am for a moment of silence.

Teachers will be taking students through a Remembrance Day presentation prior to the first recess break.

We are changing our recess today to be 10:15 - 10:55 am.

We ask that all students rejoin their class promptly at 10:55 am in order to be together for a moment of silence at 11:00 am.

For all our families with members in our armed forces, past and present, we thank you for your service.
